ABC Player
Predictable player who follow poker books' advices to the word. Action
Betting, calling and raising.
Ace-High
When the best possible hand for you is ace that can be beaten by any pair.
Aces Full
Full house... but with three aces and any pair.
Aces Up
Two pairs with aces
Active player
A player who is still competing for the pot
Add On
In some tournaments there is a rebuy period when you can buy additional chips.
Agressive
A player who bets (or raises) more when possessing a good hand.
Ajax
A-J starting hand in hold'em.
All In
"I'm going all in". It means that a player puts all his chips in.
American Airlines
Pocket aces or bullets.
Ante
A minimum bet which involves every player (because they have to pay it before each hand) and makes the pot bigger.

In the USA it means the biggest game in the house

A term for the houses where a lot of bad players (fish) play.
